अज्वाइन  पराठा/اجوائن پڑاتھا  



Ίngredients:


Wheat flour                                250 gm
Refined flour                              250 gm
Oil                                              150 ml
Salt                                              as per required
Ajwain(carom seeds)                  50 gm


    
        
Preparation / तैयारी


  • Sieve & mix both flour together.keep some aside for dusting.
  • Mix 50 ml of oil into the flour.
  • Dry roast ajwain & add into the the flour,add salt and make semi soft dough by adding a little water at a time.
  • Keep it aside by covering it with wet cloth for 30 mins
  • Knead well and divide into 8-10 portion into 1/4 inch thick roundel.
  • Add oil,and sprinkle flour over.
  • Fold into half to make a half moon shape,repeat the same step and make triangle.
  • Roll out evenly maintaining triangles or square shape using oil.
  • Cook both sides until golden brown &serve immediately
