Yummy Shrikhand



SHRIKHAND
श्रीखंड /شریخند 

                                      SERVE 6-7 people 



Ingredients:


Hung curd                                   500gm
Powdered sugar                           500gm
Cardamon powder                       half tea spoon
Saffron                                         few threads
Nutmeg  powder                          small  pinch           
Charoli nuts                                 5gm   
Pistachio nuts                               8-10 no
Almond                                        8-10 no
Milk/Water                                   30 ml


    
        
Preparation / तैयारी


  • Mix together hung curd and powdered sugar(castor sugar  together until it turns into creamy texture,add milk if required.
  • Pass it through a sieve to obtain a smooth paste
  • Dissolve some saffron in little warm milk or water and add it to the above mixture.
  • Now add cardamom powder,nutmeg powder,
  • Blanched almond and pistachio and chop into fine piece.
  • Garnish shrikhand with chopped dry fruits.


Ready to serve
